How does Freedom of speech Limit the Federal Government?

The Freedom of speech can limit the Federal Government by, meaning if there was a student who said something in the internet that may or may not offend a site/person then you'll get consequences from parents. Because of that, that means their is an extent/ limit of what you say that can hurt the government/law. However also,  slander is illegal because once you have made threats against someones life or either government from what you say, the government may go keep an eye on you. So YEAH be careful what you say to the government and people because it may affect your life. Also, these are a few facts about "Freedom of speech" and how it was made!

Obama on Free speech example #2

President Obama's defense Freedom of speech has generally drawn positive reviews. "The President’s defense of the First Amendment was far stronger than had been previously articulated by the administration." An example of court cases of Obama free speech explains "WHEN ANTI-AMERICAN demonstrations spread around the world this month, the Obama administration focused much of its public response on denouncing the anti-Muslim video that had provoked outrage and provided a pretext for extremists."

Example of free speech #1: student uniforms

Examples of Court Cases are Students uniforms because it shows the freedom of expression, uniforms helps represent what type of student/person is and what type of school you go to. Also, school uniforms supports lower bullying in school.  Although, their are some students who are against school uniforms because they want the type of clothes to show how they express about themselves. This is one example of court cases of freedom of speech.

Freedom of speech

Freedom of speech is one the first five amendments. The freedom of speech is people can be able to say whatever they wish and also having the rights to listen to any speaker they wish to hear. Also, the freedom of speech or expression is recognized as international/regional human rights law. Freedom of speech means the right to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas.  Freedom of speech is one of the first five amendments to have political right to communicate one's ideas and opinion.
